What is the probability of USA vs. Iran open war?

Even if the military conflict of USA versus Iran has been a topic for more than 20 years, it might be that odds of open war are in the rise.

At least so says Doug Casey of Casey Research:

L: Would you care to put odds on open war between the US and Iran?

Doug: I'd say it's highly probable within the next two to four years – say, between 50% and 75% – that an actual shooting war will break out.
